You may return any item within 90 days of the delivery date. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is in new or like-new condition.

   Contact us first: Email infos@nowbkk.com or call +1 251 385 7344. If your item arrived damaged or defective, include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

   Wait for approval: We will review your request and send return instructions. Do not ship the item back until you have received written approval from us.

   Ship the item: Once approved, use any trackable and insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item — within 72 hours of receipt — your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees. We do not charge restocking fees under any circumstances.

If your item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you do not need to return it. Email us at infos@nowbkk.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• Whether you prefer a replacement or a full refund

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you choose.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at infos@nowbkk.com or +1 251 385 7344. Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
